A private AI server does not, on its own, satisfy any professional obligation you may have. Talk to us, and to your own counsel, before making a decision.

Pricing and specifications

Prices, hardware specifications, lead times and figures shown on this site are estimates current at the date of publication. They depend on hardware availability, the configuration you choose and prevailing supplier pricing, and they may change without notice. A binding price is given only in a written quote signed by us.

Statistics and third-party sources

Survey figures reproduced on this site are attributed to their published sources and are included as context. We do not warrant the accuracy of third-party research.

Services are governed by a separate agreement

Any hardware, installation, configuration, training, support or warranty we provide is governed by the written agreement between Arcus Mons and your firm, not by these terms. Where the two conflict, that agreement controls.

Intellectual property

The Arcus Mons name, logo, page copy and design on this site are our property or used with permission, and are protected by applicable law. You may view and print pages for your own evaluation. You may not otherwise copy, republish or reuse them without our written permission. Third-party product names, images and trademarks — including ASUS and the ASUS Ascent GX10 — remain the property of their respective owners and are shown for identification only.

Acceptable use

Do not use this site to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, or to gather information from it by automated means without our permission.

Availability

We aim to keep this site available and up to date, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error free, and we may change or withdraw any part of it at any time.
